Is there any limit to Colleen Newvine-Tebeau's dedication to shining a light into the dark corners and striving to live as full a life as possible? Over at her blog Newvine Growing, she has launched a series of Things I've Learned lists. The varied perspectives are thoughtful and heartfelt. (If you ask her really nicely, she may even welcome your list!)
Now, I know I'm biased but my favorite by far has been my our mutual friend, Lisa. Remember when Lisa wrote such a lovely post about losing her mom? She has put the same careful and compassionate thought into her latest guest post.
I can't overstate how much I loved Lisa's list: 40 Things I have Learned at 40. Head on over to Newvine Growing to check it out and leave a comment.
You're so kind, Catherine ... and of course you know I'd love to see your list, if you'd like to participate.
ReplyDeleteFor anyone who'd like an overview of the series, here's a summary of all those I've run so far: http://newvinegrowing.wordpress.com/2011/08/21/thingsihavelearned/
Lisa's is great, but I think part of what I like so much about having numerous contributors is comparing and contrasting perspectives and experiences.
